Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the medallion or accessory you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item in its original velvet pouch and protective box to ensure it is not scratched or damaged during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
